Awful prefab concrete park, "manufactured" (not built) by Shituate Concrete - Frequently covered in sand and sea spray, it would be 100% awful save for the fact that it is fifty feet from the scenery of the beach-and I'm not talking about the dunes either... Don't bother with this park unless you're already going to be at this beach anyways. Hit up Skater Island or Jamestown instead, each ten minutes away.
 
DIRECTIONS: Take 114 South into Newport, and follow signs for Third Beach.
