Tanner
City Skatepark - Peabody, MA |
| |
|
|
| hey hey its the Tanner
City skatepark in Peabody, Massachusetts! The layout is small but the crete
is smooth and solid, although a few things like the finger lumpseat and
the pump lump could have used a little more thought and planning in their
design. They did add much-needed drains to the park after big ol' puddles
formed after rainstorms, as well as metal edging to the chunked-out pyramid
ledge (Thanks BMX!) The park is pretty much empty until 2:30, then a half
million junior high kids get out and parade past the park, making for the
occasional rowdy heckle session. It also has a streety area with manual
pad and some short raily-ledgy stuff. Open 8AMish - dark, helmets posted
as required but judging by these photos I think the cops have given up on
the brain bucket trip and gone back to real police work. |
