decent concrete spread built by Wormhoudt- mostly street with a small cornered section in the back- worth the stop on a road trip - lots of bikes, but it's next to a velodrome, what do you expect? (a velodrome is a big banked oval stadium thingy that people ride bikes around and around inside for some reason)

DIRECTIONS: Address of this park is 3649 Cold Spring Rd., Indianapolis, IN. From the west, take I-465 to 38th St. Follow 38th for 4 miles east, Stay right, as to not merge onto I-65. Follow 38th to next light, which is Cold Spring Rd. Take a right, and the Major Taylor park's entrance is a quarter mile on the left. Call (317) - 327 - FLIP for more info.
