DIRECTIONS: Take I-80 to Exit 246. Head south on Route IA-1 towards Mt. Vernon. After two miles or so on IA-1, look for Iowa Ave. Left onto Iowa, and shortly it becomes Muscatine Ave. Follow Muscatine for about a mile to J Ave (or J Street) Take a left onto J, and after the school or whatever there is the Mercer Aquatic Center (an indoor pool, dummy) This little park is behind it in the parking lot.
