Yet another fine spread of smooth colorado concrete. team pain built flow and burl, with numerous lines in, out & through the spine bowl, the blue curb pocket, or the tight pool coping wall (lower left in above foto) In the winter when the snow piles up on this mountain town, the snowboarders strap on their jib boards and rip the rail and ledge. This park is free, and open dawn to dusk, but helmets are required to be worn by the pad nannies in the rec center
DIRECTIONS: Take I-70 up into the mountains of Colorado, and take Exit 205 for Silverthorne. Turn right (from the east) or left (from the west) and head north on Route 9. At the first stoplight, turn right, and follow that road straight towards the Silverthorne Rec Center. The park is down on the right, just after the Rec Center.
