concrete spread designed by architerra, who did the Denver and Littleton parks. Their designs are definitely weird, and they certainly don't skate, and some people despise their kind (landscape architects who design skateparks). Although this park is not thoughtfully designed, I personally found it to be fun, with some workable flow. The flow is much like a mushroom - you gotta get dirty and dig for it. On the whole, I find these kooky, "less-than-perfect" parks to be a fun ride sometimes...

DIRECTIONS: Take W Colfax Ave. west to Harlan St. (Harlan is 7 blocks west of Sheridan Blvd.) Turn right (north) on Harlan. Head up Harlan and this skatepark will be down on the right.
