| Boulder,
CO Skatepark |
|
| This
concrete park replaced the old blue metal ramp park on the same site a few
years ago. The street course has lots of flow-watch out for the flying locals
- adam almost died when a local did a ten foot air off the extention hip
and just about ran him over. Two hips for launching, one of which is tall
and very steep, with an extension parked up on top. There is a rail/ledge
box setup, as well as two bowled pockets for boomeranging back into the
course |
|
| |
| The
clover/spine bowl in the back end of the park is chock full of lines, with
a bit of a rough surface for fast and easy removal of skin and blood |

are the tiny but fun Wells Fargo quarterpipe banks-the Bank Banks. They
are in downtown Boulder just off of the Pearl Street Mall, where you can
skate these banks, eat a veggie burrito and get some incense from a stinky
hippie in the same place |

| DIRECTIONS:
Take U.S. 36 north into Boulder. Turn right on Arapahoe,
and go a couple of blocks to 30th St. Turn right on 30th, and the park will
be right there on the right in Scott Carpenter Park. Lather, rinse, &
repeat. If ingested, induce vomiting and call 911. |
