The Encino, CA Skatepark is a lame, pay-to-play, full-pads disgrace to its skate community. The park looks like it was designed for and feels like it's run by morons. There is no vert and very little actual transition with lots of unnecessary flat in between. The full pads rule adds 20° to the already sweltering summer temperatures. It's not worth the money or the time.
DIRECTIONS: Take the 101 to Balboa. North on Balboa to Victory. Make a left onto Victory, and follow it down to Louise. This park is on the right after Louise. It's address is 17334 Victory Boulevard.
